Rare telegram to notify a wife the death of his man within the camp in 1942. Hand written. It reads: "Your espouse dead in the concentration camp". These death notifications were typical when relatives died in the camp. Nazis tried to occult that they died from terrible epidemics or ilnesses or just assassinated by guards, giving the deads a patina of natural deceases so that relatives didn't suspect, lying about the reality. These are difficult to find. Good condition.
