Nice Ausweis of the Health Chamber of the Generalgouvernement issued to a doctor from Cholm issued in 1941 in Krakow. It comes with photo of the doctor, who was member of this chamber. Document is a dip-tic that is bilingual, written in German and Polish. Also comes a small and stamped paper or certificate that says this man can't have other jobs apart from doctor in this chamber to which he is assigned.
