Very rare Ausweis issued in 1945 to a Czech Jew by the Jewish Council of Prague to use public transport from home to work during weekends. Ausweis is bilingual in German and Czech and it has a rare Prage Jewish Councul ink stamp and the signature of the Elder of the Jews in Prague. Ausweis was issued to Alfred Lewith. We also find in German archives his transport card to Ghetto Theresienstadt ! You can see even his home address is correct in both cards . Copy below .
