Issued by the Militärbefehlshaber in Belgium and Northern France, the 5 pages list some Jewish artists (singers, dancers, etc) that were full Jewish and had eversince prohibited their work in different Kabarets and Casinos, and others that were considered Mischlinge or half-Jewish and could still work. There are also other cases of Jews that are considered "enexplained cases", and are stuidied one by one in this dossier. Document ends saying that a list of exclued or banned Jews will be sent to Propaganda section.
